When your AI agents start moonlighting
First some housekeeping: I’m pleased to report that Shell Game Season 2 was nominated for both a 2026 Ambie award (which we lost out on to Radiolab; can’t complain), and for the second year running an iHeart Podcast Award (coming up in a couple weeks). It’s hard enough to come up with an idea, find the right partners, get a startup off the ground, and launch a product into the marketplace. But what if you discover that one of your cofounders, a key executive at the company, appears to be distracted, turning their attention to side projects rather than grinding toward your goals?
